Portfolio Controls
Portfolios and subportfolios can be easily navigated.
Each asset type in a portfolio is in one row. Each row has two labelled buttons, and detailed view. Usually the left button
is for creation and the right button is for destruction, but ultimately this is decided by the asset type and permissions to a particular portfolio.
Navigating a portfolio
The buttons in first line in a portfolio have the following meaning:
- The left button goes up to parent portfolio.
- The right button creates a subportfolio or script.
- Tapping on the name provides a detailed view of the portfolio.
Portfolio asset
If the asset is a portfolio then the meanings are:
- The left button means make this the current portfolio, and view its contents
- The right button means close this portfolio and move all its assets to the current portfolio
Stock asset
If the asset is a stock then the meanings are:
- The left button means buy 1 stock.
- The right button means sell one stock (possibly shorting if you don't possess the stock).
Short asset
If the asset is a short position then the meanings are:
- The left button means buy one such asset.
- The right button means close this short position.
